This is a new, opened box, Advaning awning. This is the motorized version which sells for over $1,100. The manual and the remote in case you know how to get motor working is also included. 8' wide, extends out 7' maximum.

You just attach the mounting brackets on wall and unit slides right into them. Unlike the cheaper awnings on market, Advaning come pre-assembled. Advaning sells the non-motorized version of this awning for over $800. The crank is also used to adjust the pitch.

Two bolts and you're done. The motor didn't work when I received it so Advaning sent me a new one and they did not want this back. It works just fine using the crank. More photos available upon request.
