I highly recommend this product. The material consists of a box-weave pattern that defies tearing. Also comes with the small rectangular turret Canopy which I did not see mentioned in specifications.

The fit was perfect and it stays put. 16 clearance in. height in 08 base size 12 ft.

Its not cheap but comparable to other replacement canopies which only last one season if you're lucky.

Very glad I purchased this as thought might have to replace my 400 gazebo for lack of a replacement the manufacturer doesn't list Canopy. The material is much stronger and has stood up against 50mph winds on several occasions.
